Questions
Hurricane cleanup, asked often.
Do you do hurricane cleanup house washing in Fairhope?
Yes. APS soft washes homes after storms in Fairhope. House washing averages $299 for up to 4,000 sq ft. Call or text (251) 252-6525.
How fast can you come out after the storm?
Most homes are scheduled within the week. Text a photo of your home to (251) 252-6525 for an exact price in minutes.
Why should I wash salt off my house and windows after a hurricane?
Storm surge and wind leave salt film on siding and glass. If it sits, it etches windows, corrodes screens and frames, and feeds mold and mildew in our humid climate.
Do you clean gutters full of storm debris?
Yes. Gutter cleaning is $179 for homes up to 4,000 sq ft and includes debris removed from gutters, roof and valleys, plus downspouts cleared and flushed.
Is soft washing safe for my siding?
Yes. We use low pressure with algae and mildew treatment, safe for vinyl, painted wood and Hardie siding. Brick is not included in the standard price.
Are you insured?
Yes. APS is fully insured with general liability and workers' comp, and family run since 2000.
